Which are Sofia’s most expensive areas for 1-bedroom apartments?
The most expensive city areas in Sofia continue to be Lozenets, Iztok, Strelbishte and Centre, shows the September data from the most visited property ad web site Imot.bg.
This is a chart based on 1-bedroom apartments only.
The average offer price for a 1-bedroom in Lozenets in September is EUR 139,373 or 1,817 eur/sq m.
The cheapest city area is Malinova dolina, followed by Ovcha kupel, Druba and Hadji Dimitar.
The small area close to South Park Strelbishte is the area with the fewest offers – there are only 39 one-bedrooms on the market right now.
By comparison the newly developed area Manastirski livadi has 652 offers for sale just for 1 –beds.
